Product detailed description
One capsule a day with food, 90 days per pack and 25 mg of zinc in every dose, split across three organically bound forms.
Bisglycinate supplies 10 mg, picolinate another 10 mg and malate the remaining 5 mg. Zink Pure does not try to be a complex, no other minerals or vitamins are mixed into the capsule. The rest of the list is rice flour, coconut MCT oil and a plant shell of hypromellose.
The declared 25 mg equals 250% of the nutrient reference value, the upper limit permitted in food supplements. One capsule is therefore enough, with no need to stack anything else containing zinc.

Dosage
One capsule a day with food, washed down with a glass of water. The pack contains 90 daily doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
