Turmeric, boswellia and bromelain, 500 mg of each. Nordbo Joint Comfort fits all three into a daily serving of two capsules, so there is no swallowing four or six the way many rival complexes demand.
With botanical extracts, standardisation says more than the raw milligram count. The turmeric here is standardised to 95% curcuminoids, which comes to 475 mg across two capsules. The boswellia is a 4:1 extract carrying 325 mg of boswellic acid. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme from pineapple, and its activity is rated at 600 GDU.
There are no extra fillers in the formula, just rice flour and coconut MCT oil, with a hypromellose shell. Made in Sweden, free of GMO and animal ingredients, certified I'm Vegan by Djurens Rätt.
