For the first six weeks you take three capsules a day, after that two are enough. The Joint Flexibility schedule builds in that opening phase, and the 120 capsule pack is sized for it.
The base is rosehip extract, 1500 mg across three capsules, together with Phytodroitin™ at 240 mg. Phytodroitin is a plant-derived raw material made from sea lettuce Ulva lactuca and bladderwrack Fucus vesiculosus with sodium hyaluronate, an option for anyone avoiding animal-derived ingredients.
The third component is raspberry leaf extract, 201 mg across three capsules, with 20.1 mg of polyphenols and 804 µg of sanguiin H6 quantified. The capsule is plant-based, the rest of the list is rice flour and MCT oil.

Dosage
Three capsules a day for the first six weeks, then two capsules a day. Wash them down with a glass of water, ideally with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
