Molecules™ purple chocolate on an extended recipe. The base stays the same: Chuncho cacao beans from the Peruvian valley below Machu Picchu that carry the purple pigment in the bean itself, worked at the lowest temperatures the method allows and sweetened with erythritol instead of sugar.
On top of that Naive adds four ingredients you will not find in an ordinary bar: black garlic, bovine colostrum standardised to 30% IgG, echinacea extract and zinc orotate. Black garlic is fresh garlic aged for several weeks under controlled heat and humidity, which is what turns it dark and gives it a sweet balsamic taste. Together with the cacao, it sets the flavour of the bar.
The flavour stays in the citrus line of the Molecules™ range: lemon, lemon peel, mastic, aquavit. The 60 g pack is split into three separate 20 g bars, so you only ever open as much as you are going to eat.

How to enjoy it
Break off a piece and let it melt slowly on the tongue. One 20 g bar is a day's portion, so a 60 g pack lasts three days. It tastes best at room temperature.

Important information
Contains milk, as colostrum is a dairy ingredient. May contain traces of wheat and peanuts. Sweetened with erythritol, and excessive consumption of polyols may have a laxative effect. If you take medication, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor first. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The best before date is printed on the pack.

Naive: bean-to-bar chocolate from Lithuania that treats cacao like wine
Naive is a small Lithuanian chocolate maker with an unusual approach. Rather than forcing every bean into the same recipe, the team analyses each cacao lot for taste, colour, aroma and texture and only then decides how to roast, grind and finish it. The goal is to reveal the character of that specific bean, not to hide it under sugar and vanilla.
The results have put Lithuania on the map of fine chocolate and earned Naive a reputation as one of the rising names in the craft chocolate world.
