Naive: bean-to-bar chocolate from Lithuania that treats cacao like wine
Naive is a small Lithuanian chocolate maker with an unusual approach. Rather than forcing every bean into the same recipe, the team analyses each cacao lot for taste, colour, aroma and texture and only then decides how to roast, grind and finish it. The goal is to reveal the character of that specific bean, not to hide it under sugar and vanilla.
The results have put Lithuania on the map of fine chocolate and earned Naive a reputation as one of the rising names in the craft chocolate world. Some bars are experiments you will not see anywhere else: Jaguar Tree Cacao made from the rare Theobroma bicolor, Ambrosia, a dark chocolate with bee pollen and honey, Kefir dark-milk, and the sugar-free Molecules series. More than twenty of them are on the shelf at BJP Store.
