This branded ingredient is among the most extensively clinically studied ashwagandha extracts. Its manufacturer, Ixoreal, uses the root only, rather than a mixture of roots and leaves.
Each extract has a stated standardisation
Cordyceps is standardised for polysaccharides, rhodiola for rosavins and salidroside, and pepper for piperine. The tables show extract amounts and calculated constituent levels.

About the formula
The daily serving contains four extracts; cordyceps comes from mycelium and rhodiola from the root.

Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root), plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, cordyceps extract (Cordyceps sinensis, mycelium), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, rhodiola extract (Rhodiola rosea, root), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit).

Is this root powder or an extract?
It is the standardised extract KSM-66®. When comparing it with ground root, check the ingredient type and standardisation as well as the weight.
Do the capsules contain gelatine?
The shell is plant-based HPMC. The full ingredients, including excipients, are listed above.
