Sleep Magnesium is the BJP evening formula: three capsules combine three forms of magnesium, 500 mg of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and vitamin B6 in its active form. It carries 225 mg of magnesium, less than the daytime Energy Magnesium, and GABA instead of coenzyme Q10.

Taurate, bisglycinate and oxide in one capsule

Two of the three forms bind magnesium to amino acids: taurate to taurine, bisglycinate to glycine. The third is magnesium oxide. GABA is included at a precisely set 500 mg per daily serving, and no nutrient reference value has been set for it. Vitamin B6 comes as pyridoxal-5-phosphate and covers 100% of the nutrient reference value. The formula was developed in collaboration with the Woldo brand, which stands behind the formula and its quality.

Ingredients

Directions for use

Take 3 capsules a day, for example as part of a consistent evening routine. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. One pack lasts 30 days.
