BJP Bioactive B-Vitamins Strong is a complex of B vitamins in active (coenzyme) forms – methylcobalamin (B12), Quatrefolic® (folate, 5-MTHF) and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6) – with sunflower lecithin as an auxiliary ingredient.
Authorised health claims (Reg. (EU) No 432/2012):
- Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folate and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system; thiamine, niacin, biotin, folate, B6 and B12 to normal psychological function.
- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
- Folate contributes to normal blood formation; vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation.
Sunflower lecithin is an auxiliary ingredient without authorised health claims.

- Riboflavin (vitamin B2): 8.4 mg – 600% NRV
- Pantothenic acid: 36 mg – 600% NRV
- Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 25 µg – 1000% NRV
- Folate (Quatrefolic®): 370.5 µg
- Folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate): 200 µg – 100% NRV
- Biotin: 250 µg – 500% NRV
- Sunflower lecithin: 250 mg
Directions and storage:
- Use: 1 capsule daily, ideally with food. Drink with plenty of water.
- Storage: Keep dry, dark and at room temperature. Out of reach of children.
