Chelated zinc and copper
Both minerals are supplied as bisglycinates. Selenium is L-selenomethionine and chromium is picolinate.

Frequently asked questions
Can I combine it with more zinc?
One capsule already contains 20 mg zinc. If you take another zinc-containing supplement, check your total intake with a pharmacist instead of automatically adding another serving.
Is it vegan, and what about allergens?
It is vegan and made in the Czech Republic. The formula is free from GMOs, colours, preservatives, gluten and lactose; however, the specification warns of possible traces of milk, soya, fish, crustaceans, cereals containing gluten, celery and sulphites. If you have an allergy, follow the full allergen warning.
