Cadence Sleep Hydration is a nighttime hydration formula combined with a precisely dosed sleep complex – electrolytes to replenish overnight fluids and active ingredients to support a calm evening routine. A science-backed ratio of ingredients, melatonin-free, caffeine-free, naturally sweetened with stevia.

Each sachet contains 100 mg of sodium, 100 mg of potassium and 50 mg of Aquamin® marine magnesium (magnesium citrate from Lithothamnion red marine algae). The sleep complex consists of 1000 mg of L-tryptophan, 1000 mg of L-glycine, 200 mg of L-theanine, 100 mg of ashwagandha, 75 mg of valerian root extract (10:1), 14 mg of vitamin B6 and 2 mg of zinc in bisglycinate form. Flavour: sour cherry.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 300–350 ml of water and drink approximately 60 minutes before bedtime. Consuming large volumes of fluid right before sleep is not recommended.
