First thing in the morning, 30 minutes before training, or right after – Cadence Core Hydration Sachets are practical single-serve hydration you can take anywhere. A science-backed electrolyte ratio with no fillers, designed by a sports nutrition advisor based on real-world athlete sweat rate analysis.

Each sachet delivers 500 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium and 20 mg of Aquamin® marine magnesium – a premium form of magnesium extracted from Lithothamnion red marine algae. A light citrus flavour, sweetened with stevia, with no added sugar.

Potassium contributes to the normal function of muscles and the nervous system. The sachets are designed for daily routine use and as a supplement during physical activity – ideally combined with adequate fluid intake.

Directions for use

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 500 ml to 1 litre of water. Take any time during the day – ideally first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before training, during, or immediately after to replenish fluids and electrolytes lost through sweat.
