The pack contains 30 single-serve sachets – ten of each variant. Each sachet is a single portion, sweetened with stevia, with no added sugar, vegan and clean label. Aquamin® marine magnesium across the entire range.

What's in the pack

• 10× Core Hydration – watermelon – the foundational electrolyte formula for daily hydration: 500 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium, 20 mg of Aquamin® marine magnesium. Use any time during the day or around training.
• 10× Race Energy – grapefruit – electrolytes + a performance complex with an evidence-based 2:1 ratio of L-theanine to caffeine: 500 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium, 20 mg of Aquamin® magnesium, 200 mg of L-theanine and 100 mg of caffeine from natural coffee extract. Use 30–60 minutes before training or competition.
• 10× Sleep Hydration – sour cherry – nighttime formula with electrolytes and a sleep complex: 100 mg of sodium, 100 mg of potassium, 50 mg of Aquamin® magnesium, 1000 mg of L-tryptophan, 1000 mg of L-glycine, 200 mg of L-theanine, 100 mg of ashwagandha, 75 mg of valerian root (10:1), 14 mg of vitamin B6 and 2 mg of zinc. Use 60 minutes before bedtime.

Caffeine (in Race Energy) contributes to increased alertness and concentration. Vitamin B6 and zinc (in Sleep Hydration) contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients per formula

Core Hydration (watermelon): sodium chloride, acidity regulator: citric acid, watermelon flavouring, natural flavouring, potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, sweetener: stevia (extract).

Race Energy (grapefruit): natural grapefruit flavouring with other natural flavourings, sodium chloride, acidity regulator: citric acid, potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, L-theanine, natural coffee extract, sweetener: stevia.

Sleep Hydration (sour cherry): acidity regulator: citric acid, L-glycine, L-tryptophan, sour cherry flavouring, magnesium citrate (Aquamin®), sodium chloride, L-theanine, potassium chloride, ashwagandha, sweetener: stevia (extract), valerian root extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), zinc bisglycinate.

Directions for use

• Core Hydration: dissolve 1 sachet in 500 ml–1 L of water. Use any time during the day.
• Race Energy: dissolve 1 sachet in 500 ml–1 L of water. Use 30–60 minutes before training or competition. Do not use in the evening due to caffeine content.
• Sleep Hydration: dissolve 1 sachet in 300–350 ml of water. Use approximately 60 minutes before bedtime.
