When your body needs fuel, every gram counts. Cadence Core Fuel Bar is a sports bar designed for endurance athletes – carbohydrates from natural sources, electrolytes to replenish minerals and an honest chocolate taste with no compromises. No artificial sweeteners, no filler.

One bar (50 g, 180 kcal) contains 40 g of carbohydrates from dates, honey, coconut sugar, tapioca syrup and chicory root inulin, complemented by rice crisps and almond flour for texture. The electrolyte profile adds 400 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium (citrate) and 50 mg of magnesium (citrate) to replenish minerals lost through sweat.

A balanced mix of different carbohydrate sources, a lighter structure and 2 g of fibre make the bar a source of fibre that is easier on digestion during physical activity. The chocolate flavour comes from real cocoa, with no palm fat and no artificial flavourings.

Directions for use

30–60 minutes before training: top up glycogen stores with a steady release of carbohydrates. Electrolytes support fluid retention before activity.

During training: easily digestible carbohydrates for sustained energy. Suitable for endurance activities over 60 minutes. Always wash down with sufficient fluids.

After training: replenish glycogen stores and electrolytes lost through sweat. Ideal in combination with a protein source as part of a recovery meal.

Allergens

The product contains almonds (tree nuts) and gluten (from barley malt extract). Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, soy and sesame – the product may contain traces of these allergens.
