You cannot see creatine purity, which is why Germany's AlzChem tests its Creapure® raw material for four specific by-products of creatine manufacture: creatinine, dicyandiamide, dihydrotriazine and thiourea.
The tub holds a single ingredient, micronised creatine monohydrate. No sweetener, no flavouring, no filler, so you measure the dose exactly and get nothing else with it. The fine particles disperse in water or juice.
A serving is 5 g and the 250 g tub holds 50 of them. On a maintenance dose of one serving a day that is roughly seven weeks, which makes it the size for a trial run or a single training block.

Directions
The loading phase runs five days: mix 5 g into 500 ml of water or fruit juice and take four such servings a day at even intervals. Then move to a maintenance dose of 5 g once a day in 500 ml of liquid. The scoop measures volume rather than weight, so use scales for an exact dose.
