One scoop weighs 4.1 g and delivers exactly 3 g of creatine. Creatine & Electrolytes by Nordbo adds the electrolytes straight into the same tub, so you are not mixing two products into one shaker: creatine monohydrate OptiCreatine™, French Guérande sea salt, potassium and vitamin C.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, so a single scoop covers it. The claim applies to adults performing high intensity exercise. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and two scoops carry 150 mg of it.
The flavour comes from natural lemongrass aroma and malic acid, with no artificial sweetener. The powder dissolves in cold water and the 250 g tub covers 30 to 60 servings.

Dosage
Stir one to two scoops a day into a cold liquid, reckoning on about 150 ml per scoop. Drink it before, during or after training. One tub holds 30 to 60 daily servings.
