Donkey Collection (all donkey milk chocolates, no added sugar) 8x50 g
Product detailed description
Donkey Collection brings together all eight donkey milk bars made by the Lithuanian workshop Chocolate Naive. Eight 50 g bars, each with a different lead ingredient and a different flavour profile. None of them contains added sugar.
The collection took more than a year to develop, a joint project between Adam Raw and chocolatier Domantas Užpalis. Every bar is made in a small workshop the bean-to-bar way, from raw bean to finished tablet under one roof. The base is fine cacao, freshly pressed cocoa butter and dried donkey milk.
It makes sense as a gift or as a tasting flight. Line the eight bars up side by side and work out which one suits you. Once you have a favourite, you only buy that one from then on.

Naive: bean-to-bar chocolate from Lithuania that treats cacao like wine
Naive is a small Lithuanian chocolate maker with an unusual approach. Rather than forcing every bean into the same recipe, the team analyses each cacao lot for taste, colour, aroma and texture and only then decides how to roast, grind and finish it. The goal is to reveal the character of that specific bean, not to hide it under sugar and vanilla.
The results have put Lithuania on the map of fine chocolate and earned Naive a reputation as one of the rising names in the craft chocolate world. Some bars are experiments you will not see anywhere else: Jaguar Tree Cacao made from the rare Theobroma bicolor, Ambrosia, a dark chocolate with bee pollen and honey, Kefir dark-milk, and the sugar-free Molecules series. More than twenty of them are on the shelf at BJP Store.
