Hydrolysed type I collagen
Collagen is a structural protein naturally present in skin and connective tissues, among other places. Hydrolysis breaks it into smaller pieces called peptides, which make up this powder.
Just one ingredient
Natural contains only hydrolysed fish collagen. With no added flavouring, sweetener or vitamin C, it is easy to combine with your favourite yoghurt or smoothie.
Seagarden Norway raw material
The collagen comes from the skin of wild Norwegian cod and carries MSC certification. Its fish origin distinguishes it from bovine collagen; it is not suitable for vegans.

When should I choose Natural and when the strawberry version?
Choose Natural for a single-ingredient powder without flavouring or sweetener. The strawberry version also contains acerola with vitamin C, flavouring and sweetener. Natural is easier to adapt to the flavour of the food you add it to.
Does unflavoured mean completely tasteless?
Unflavoured means no added flavouring. You may still notice its marine origin in the taste. If that bothers you, mix the powder with a stronger-flavoured yoghurt or smoothie rather than plain water.
How should I mix it?
Stir the daily scoop into yoghurt or a smoothie, or add it to water, juice or tea. Stir until dissolved and eat or drink the portion immediately.
Can it replace a regular protein shake?
The 5 g daily dose is much smaller than a typical protein serving, and collagen has a different amino acid profile. If you want more protein, compare the protein content per serving of each product.
Does it contain vitamin C or other added ingredients?
No, the only ingredient is hydrolysed fish collagen. If you want collagen and vitamin C in one product, the strawberry version contains 50 mg of vitamin C per daily dose.
