KORU RAW Manuka MGO 800+ is a raw monofloral manuka honey from New Zealand with a certified content of at least 800 mg of methylglyoxal per kilogram. That is a grade you will not find on an ordinary supermarket shelf.
The 800+ tastes deep and buttery rich. It is thick, slow off the spoon, and the finish stays with you long after you have swallowed it. People moving up from lower MGO grades usually talk about exactly that jump in flavour intensity.
The honey is harvested in remote corners of New Zealand where the manuka scrub is often reachable only by helicopter. The season lasts a few weeks, because that is all the time manuka is in flower. KORU tests every batch at an independent laboratory and jars it in the country of origin under MPI oversight.

How to use
A usual serving is one teaspoon a day, straight off the spoon, stirred into warm water or milk, or spooned over yoghurt and toast. Do not stir it into hot drinks, heat strips the aroma and changes the texture. Manuka is thick and slow to pour, so give it a moment. A 250 g jar gives you roughly 35 servings of 7 g.
