Balance, discipline and harmony: when Jiří Procházka talks about them, he does not mean training alone. Mixit built the newest addition to its range of ambassador products with him on exactly those values, and the result is a bowl of Mango Sticky Rice you can have for breakfast or an hour before a session.
The base is instant rice porridge. It is flavoured with dried unsulphured mango, desiccated coconut, powder made from fresh coconut milk and a dusting of freeze-dried mango, 32 % mango in total. Every ingredient is easy to digest, and with 75 g of carbohydrate per 100 g the porridge is fuel first, both before a workout and after it.

How to use
Prepare like any instant porridge: pour hot water or hot milk over the mix, stir and let it thicken for a moment.

Mixit: Czech muesli, porridge and oven-roasted nuts, mixed your way
