Directions for Use

Namman Muay: the Thai boxing liniment every Muay Thai gym knows
Namman Muay was created in 1937 by Thongtos Intratat, a Bangkok pharmacist and boxing gym owner, to help his fighters warm up faster. His formula of essential oils from local herbs became the world's first boxing liniment, and since the 1960s, when Thailand's first professional world champion Pone Kingpetch fought with it, it has been as much a part of Thai gyms as hand wraps.
