Smaller capsules for easier swallowing
These capsules are smaller than Arctic Blue’s concentrated blister-packed capsules. Take your daily dose with food and water, with no measuring spoon or refrigeration after opening.
Norwegian origin, without added D3
The MSC-certified cod oil is in its natural triglyceride form. The capsule gelatine also comes from fish. You can manage any vitamin D supplementation separately.
The beneficial effect on the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. The beneficial effects of DHA on brain function and vision are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

How do they compare with Arctic Blue blister packs?
Two smaller capsules contain 400 mg of DHA + EPA. Blisters labelled 500 mg DHA / 800 mg EPA provide 1,300 mg in two larger capsules. Choose according to the amount of DHA and EPA you want and the capsule size you can comfortably swallow.
Is one capsule a day enough?
The recommended daily dose is two capsules. One contains 140 mg of DHA and 60 mg of EPA; on its own, it does not meet the intakes stated for the heart, brain and vision benefits.
Do they also contain vitamin D?
Vitamin D is not added. This is useful if you already take it separately. For omega-3 and D3 in one product, consider Arctic Blue’s liquid oil.
Are they suitable for vegetarians?
No, both the oil and the gelatine shell come from fish. For a vegan diet, choose microalgae oil with a capsule shell free from animal ingredients.
How should I take and store the capsules?
Swallow them whole during or after a meal with water. Keep the pouch closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Unlike an opened bottle of liquid oil, they do not need refrigeration.
