Fibre can be handled with one type, or with five. Pre Flora takes the second route: arabinogalactan from larch, inulin from chicory, resistant starch from maize, pectin from sugar beet and fructo-oligosaccharides.
Every type is quantified on the capsule, so you know what you are taking. 150 mg of patented ResistAid™ arabinogalactan and 125 mg of each of the other four, 650 mg of fibre in total, in one plant-based cellulose capsule.
Pre Flora is built to be taken alongside the Lacti range. You swallow the capsule with a meal, with nothing to mix, measure out or taste.

Dosage
One to two capsules a day with food, washed down with a glass of water. One pack lasts 30 to 60 days depending on the dose. When you raise your fibre intake, drink plenty of fluids during the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
