The Venum Essential Women's Medium Impact Sports Bra in Deep Purple is made for exactly that kind of session: a racerback that clears the shoulder blades, a firm underband that does the holding, and nothing that digs or shifts.
Inside, removable pads give you a choice between more shape and a lighter, quicker-drying bra. The body knit is 73 % nylon with 27 % elastane, breathable and stretchy in every direction, and two polyester-elastane fabrics, 92/8 and 90/10, add firmness where the body knit alone would not hold. A small logo sits on the left chest, another at the back neck.
Deep Purple is a saturated dark violet that pairs cleanly with black shorts or with the Essential leggings in the same collection. Venum rates the bra for medium-impact work: HIIT, boxing, strength and conditioning.

Size and fit
Stick with the size you normally wear in tops. For reference, Venum's model at 166 cm with a 91 cm chest wears a size S. If you sit between two sizes and want more hold, take the smaller one.
