Black training trousers with zipped pockets
Wear the black UFC Unity by Venum Pant to warm up before training, on the way to the gym or on a day off. The lightweight polyester and elastane fabric moves freely with you, and the zipped side pockets keep your phone in place even once you get moving. They are a technical piece of the collection, not cotton joggers.

Red logos and a zip along the side pocket
A red Venum logo sits on the left thigh and a red UFC logo on the right, both screen-printed. The zip runs along the opening of the side pocket, so once your keys or phone are in, you simply close it. Venum lists the collection's graphics as sublimated into the fabric, but on the black version the only colour comes from the two logos.
The waistband is elasticated, with a drawstring. The trousers belong to the technical side of the UFC Unity collection, which Venum builds on its own durable performance fabrics. The panelling takes its inspiration from motorsport.
Choosing your size
Go by your waist and hips, not the length
The waist drawstring makes up for a small difference, but the leg length cannot be adjusted. Venum does not recommend sizing up or down on this model, so go by your usual size in sports trousers.
Sizes S to XXL.
- Check the waistbandWithout the drawstring tied, the trousers should not slip down, and with it tied they should not dig in.
- Try a lunge and a squatYour knees and thighs should have room, and the fabric should not pull at the crotch.
- Look at the anklesThe leg should end at the ankle without bunching over your shoe.

How to measure: Measure around your waist just above your hips. Measure down the outside of your leg from waist to ankle; this is not an inseam measurement.

Frequently asked questions
Are these joggers or performance trousers?
Performance trousers. The fabric is 92% polyester and 8% elastane, lightweight and stretchy. The cotton joggers from the same collection are called Cotton Pant and have open pockets.
Do the pockets fasten?
Yes, both side pockets have a zip, so nothing falls out as you move.
Can I wear them outside the gym too?
Yes, Venum specifically mentions rest days. The plain black version with red logos also goes well with a T-shirt or hoodie from the collection.
How do I wash them?
Wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry and do not iron. Leave them to dry naturally.

The gear UFC fighters walk out in
