Black compression rashguard for training on the mat
Use this long sleeve rashguard in grappling, no-gi and MMA as a close-fitting layer between your skin and the mat that, unlike a loose T-shirt, does not ride up as you move. According to Venum, the technical pieces of the UFC Unity collection are based on the brand's durable performance fabrics, built for demanding sports from MMA to motorsport.

White logos on a black base and reinforced seams
The compression fabric of 75% polyester and 25% elastane follows the movement of your shoulders and torso and returns to shape after stretching. The seams are reinforced to stand up to hard sessions. The round neckline sits close to your neck.
The black version has white UFC and Venum logos on the chest, lettering on the forearms, branding on the back below the neck and a small octagonal UFC badge near the hem. The black Performance Tight compression tights from the same collection complete the set.
Choosing your size
Tight fit: go bigger than you normally wear
Venum labels the fit Tight Fit and recommends choosing one to two sizes larger than your usual T-shirt size. The rashguard should hug your body, not squeeze it, so go mainly by your chest measurement.

How to measure: Pass a measuring tape horizontally under your arms around the fullest part of your chest. Stand naturally without pulling the tape tight.
Fit advice: A rashguard is designed for a close, second-skin fit. Follow the chart for compression; Venum recommends going one size up for a lighter compression feel.
Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from a performance running T-shirt?
It fits much tighter and has reinforced seams for hard sessions. A performance T-shirt leaves loose fabric around the torso that gets in the way on the mat.
Why does Venum recommend a bigger size?
It is a Tight Fit compression cut. In your usual size it could feel uncomfortably tight, while a bigger size still hugs you but lets you breathe freely.
Are the logos embroidered?
No. The white logos on the chest, the lettering on the sleeves and the branding on the back below the neck are screen-printed.
How do I look after it?
Wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry and do not iron. After training, do not leave it damp in your bag, but let it dry naturally.
