Knees and kicks land where they land, and once you have taken one low you never train without protection again. The Venum Challenger Groin Guard and Jockstrap sits inside the included Dry Tech supporter and stays there through sparring, clinch rounds and pad work.
Two layers of shock-absorbing material take the impact, while a rubber gel shield around the edge moulds to your body and stops the shell from pinching. The anatomical shape follows the hips so you can knee, kick and sprawl without the guard shifting. Venum's Dry Tech fabric in the supporter is built to ventilate and move sweat away faster than a plain cotton strap.

How to use
Slide the cup into the pocket of the supporter and wear the supporter directly against the skin under your shorts. The shield should sit flat with the gel edge resting on the body. If it lifts or presses at the top, try the next size.
Care
Remove the cup and rinse it in lukewarm water after training, then dry it fully before you pack it. Hand wash the supporter at 30 °C and let it air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
