A stray knee in the clinch or a low kick that lands an inch too high ends a session in seconds. The Venum Competitor Groin Guard & Support - Silver Series is built for sparring and competition, where those shots are a matter of when, not if.
Three layers of shock absorbers take the first impact, and a rubber gel shield spreads what is left away from the sensitive area instead of letting it pass straight through. The cup follows the shape of the body, so it lies flat and stays in place in your stance, in the clinch and on the ground without digging into the thigh.
The supporter comes with it: a Venum Dry Tech jockstrap in moisture-wicking fabric with a wide elastic waistband that holds the cup where it belongs and does not chafe over a long session. Venum developed the Competitor line together with its sponsored athletes.

How to use
Slide the cup into the pocket of the supporter, put the supporter on under your shorts and centre the cup so it sits flat against the body with the narrow end down. Pick the size by your waist measurement; the supporter needs to be snug enough that the cup does not shift when you sprawl or throw a knee.
Care
Take the cup out after training and rinse it in lukewarm water. Wash the supporter by hand or on a gentle 30 °C cycle. Do not iron and do not tumble dry. Store both parts in a clean, dry place.
