The Venum Demon are MMA sparring gloves with 8 oz of padding to absorb strikes and an open palm for grips. Venum makes them for MMA training at any level, so they suit your first sparring sessions as well as regular classes where you alternate striking and grappling.

Injected foam and a neoprene interior
The injected foam absorbs impact, so your partner feels less of each strike. The palm is open and the fingers free for grips, and the neoprene inside helps wick sweat, which improves comfort and grip. The thumb is attached to the glove so it bends away less on impact.
The hook-and-loop strap supports the wrist. The outer is Skintex synthetic leather, in this colourway black with a grey marbled print, a red logo on the back of the hand and red lettering on the cuff. The graphics are screen-printed.
Choosing your size
Three sizes, one padding weight
We stock the Demon in sizes S, M and L/XL. The 8 oz figure refers to the padding, so choose according to the size of your hand and how the glove fits with your wraps, if you wear them.
If you are between two sizes, go for the one in which you can comfortably make a fist without the glove turning.
- Close your fistYour knuckles should stay under the foam, not slide to the edge of the padding.
- Open your handYour fingers should bend freely into a grip without the openings pulling.
- Fasten the strapThe glove should not turn at the wrist, and your hand should not tingle.

How to measure: Measure around your hand at the base of your fingers, excluding your thumb. Allow for the hand wraps you use.
Fit advice: Venum recommends the smaller option when between sizes. Account for your wraps and finger comfort. The manufacturer lists 22 cm as the reference circumference for L/XL.
