A long sleeve that covers your arms on the ground
The Venum Galactic 3.0 long sleeve is a compression rashguard for grappling, MMA and contact training that hugs your torso and arms and keeps your skin off the mat. The compression fabric fits like a second skin, and the silicone waistband in the hem keeps the top in place even as you roll. It works under a gi or on its own for no-gi.

Gold lettering on the back and the Galactic 3.0 pattern
The blend of 75% polyester and 25% elastane stretches both ways and follows the movement of your shoulders and torso. The reinforced seams stand up to the pulling and friction of wrestling, and the silicone waistband in the hem limits riding up as you roll and grip.
The black and grey base with its subtle pattern is set off by a gold Venum logo on the chest and vertical gold lettering on the back. Galactic 3.0 is a Venum range of equipment and apparel with distinctive graphics, so the rashguard matches the Galactic 3.0 training shorts.
Choosing your size
Tight fit: Venum advises sizing up
The model has a tight fit, so Venum recommends choosing one to two sizes larger than you normally wear in T-shirts. The fabric should hug you, but it should not restrict your breathing or stop you raising your arms.

- Roll on the groundWhen you bend forward and rotate your torso, the fabric should hug you, not squeeze your chest.

How to measure: Pass a measuring tape horizontally under your arms around the fullest part of your chest. Stand naturally without pulling the tape tight.
Fit advice: A rashguard is designed for a close, second-skin fit. Follow the chart for compression; Venum recommends going one size up for a lighter compression feel.
Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from the short sleeve version?
Only in the sleeve length: the material and cut are the same. The long sleeve covers your forearms during grips and suits cooler gyms. The short version is airier.
Can I wear it under a gi?
Yes. The close fit does not get in the way under a gi, and the sleeves cover your arms. Without a gi, wear it for no-gi grappling, MMA and strength training.
Should I order my usual size?
Better not. Venum lists the model as a tight fit and recommends one to two sizes up. The size on a T-shirt from another brand may not correspond.
How do I wash the rashguard?
Wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry and do not iron. Leave it to dry naturally.
