The Venum Galactic 3.0 short sleeve rashguard hugs your torso like a second skin and leaves your arms free for grips and strikes. The compression fabric with reinforced seams stands up to pulling and friction, and the silicone waistband in the hem holds it at your waist. Choose it when you want your torso covered without long sleeves.

A grey pattern and a gold logo on the chest
The fabric stretches both ways and stays close to your body through grips, rolls and strikes, with no loose fabric. The reinforced seams cope with repeated strain, and the silicone waistband in the hem keeps the top at your waist.
On the chest there is a gold Venum logo on a grey pattern of fine lines, and the back has vertical gold lettering. The Galactic 3.0 range ties Venum equipment and apparel together with the same graphics, so the rashguard matches the Galactic 3.0 training shorts.
Choosing your size
A close fit: order one to two sizes up
Venum labels this rashguard as a tight fit and recommends choosing one to two sizes larger than the T-shirts you normally wear. It should follow your torso and shoulders, but it should not stretch tight across your chest as you breathe in.

Frequently asked questions
When should I choose the short sleeve over the long?
Choose it when you train in a warm gym or want your forearms free for grips. The long sleeve version also covers your arms but is otherwise identical.
Can I wear it for lifting or under a gi?
Yes. Under a gi it works as a base layer, and on its own it suits no-gi, MMA and strength training, as long as you are comfortable in tight clothing.
What if I am between two sizes?
Take the larger one. Venum designs this model with a tight fit and recommends one to two sizes up.
How do I look after it?
Wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry and do not iron. Leave it to dry naturally rather than shut in your bag.
