The Venum Hurricane Boxing Gloves in Midnight Blue/White carry the same triple-density foam as the rest of the Hurricane line: a softer layer against the knuckles, denser layers behind it, so the punch lands hard and your hand takes less of it.

Slide your hand in and the glove closes into a natural fist without forcing the fingers. The extended cuff and the large hook-and-loop strap lock the wrist so it does not fold on a straight right. Because the thumb is sewn to the glove body, it cannot bend back on a badly timed hook.

Venum makes the shell from 100% premium PU, gives the palm an extra layer for comfort and the seams are reinforced where the glove flexes most. The rating is regular use three to four times a week across boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.

How to use

Bag and pad sessions call for 10 oz or 12 oz; for sparring most gyms ask for 14 oz or 16 oz so your partner goes home in one piece. Venum's size table lists a body-weight range for each glove weight, useful if you sit between two options.

Put on hand wraps or inner gloves first. They protect the small bones of the hand and keep sweat out of the padding.

Care

After each session undo the strap, open the glove wide and air it out at room temperature. Wipe the PU surface with a wrung-out cloth; skip harsh cleaners, the washing machine and the tumble dryer. Keep the gloves out of direct sun and away from heaters, and store them somewhere dry with airflow.
