Under the shell sits injected foam whose shape Venum developed to lower the risk of a finger slipping through to a partner's eye. Punch, then open the hand for an underhook: the neoprene interior keeps the grip dry and solid, and micro-perforations in the Skintex leather let heat escape during a long sparring round.

How to use
These are sparring gloves, not competition gloves: wear them for partner rounds, pad work and mixed striking and grappling drills. Size by hand circumference at the knuckles, and allow for hand wraps if you train with them.
Tighten the strap so the wrist cannot fold when you post a hand on the mat.
Care
Leave the strap undone after training so the lining dries. Clean the shell with a lightly moistened cloth and let the gloves air out at room temperature. Machine washing, tumble drying and direct heat shorten the life of the foam and the Skintex surface.
