How to use

These are sparring gloves, not competition gloves: wear them for partner rounds, pad work and mixed striking and grappling drills. Size by hand circumference at the knuckles, and allow for hand wraps if you train with them.

Tighten the strap so the wrist cannot fold when you post a hand on the mat.

Care

Leave the strap undone after training so the lining dries. Clean the shell with a lightly moistened cloth and let the gloves air out at room temperature. Machine washing, tumble drying and direct heat shorten the life of the foam and the Skintex surface.
