In the clinch and on the ground, elbows are exposed to impact and mat burns. Venum Kontact elbow pads wrap them in a light layer of protection that cushions contact and shields the skin without binding your arm.
The quick-dry fabric keeps them comfortable under pressure and dries fast between sessions. The stretchy fabric follows the shape of your arm and leaves you full range of motion – Muay Thai, kickboxing and MMA. The hook-and-loop closure holds the pad firmly in place, so it won't slide even in hard sparring.

Care
Machine wash in a laundry bag at 30 °C; fasten the hook-and-loop first. Air dry, not in a tumble dryer.
