A 48 L bag with a ventilated compartment for sweaty kit
The Venum Trainer Lite is a sports bag for your complete kit when you go to training with gloves, guards and a change of clothes. Used kit goes in a separate ventilated compartment, so it doesn't mix with clean things. Khaki panels with the Venum logo break up the black.
A separate ventilated compartment
A sweaty T-shirt or hand wraps go in separately from your clean clothes. The compartment is ventilated, so damp kit isn't completely sealed in.
Mesh in the upper section
The upper areas of the bag are partly mesh. Air reaches the kit in the main compartment too when you carry it home after training.
Pockets in different sizes
On the sides, in the centre and on top you'll find pockets for everything from keys to hand wraps. The large main compartment stays free for bulky items.

Backpack or 48 L bag?
For gloves and clothes, the Venum Challenger Pro Evo backpack in khaki and black is enough. Choose the Trainer Lite when shin guards, shoes and a towel join the gloves and you want your used kit kept separate.
Care and cleaning
At home, unpack the bag and leave the ventilated compartment and the main compartment unzipped to dry. Wipe off dirt with a damp cloth and keep the bag out of the washing machine.

Will shin guards fit in the bag?
Yes. Venum built the bag to hold your whole training kit, and at 60 cm long it takes gloves, guards and clothes.
How do you carry the bag?
According to Venum, by hand using the handles, over the shoulder on the adjustable padded strap, or on your back.
Is the bag waterproof?
No. Venum doesn't claim it is waterproof, and the upper section is partly mesh. In the rain, treat it like any other sports bag.
