A bag you carry by hand, over the shoulder or on your back
The Trainer Lite in black with red logos is a 48 L bag for training with your full kit. Grab it by the handles for a short walk, sling it over your shoulder for a longer one, and according to Venum you can carry it on your back too. Used clothes go in the ventilated compartment and small items in the side pockets.
A padded strap
The shoulder strap is adjustable, padded and clips on. The padding spreads the weight on your shoulder, even on a longer journey.
A compartment that breathes
Your sweaty T-shirt and hand wraps stay out of the main compartment. The mesh in the upper section of the bag helps air the rest of your kit as well.
Space for bulky items
Gloves, guards and a change of clothes fit in the main compartment. Smaller things go in the pockets of different sizes.
