Vitargo® Carbohydrates + Electrolytes combines patented high-molecular carbohydrates with four electrolytes – sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium – in well-absorbed organic salts. The molecular structure, similar to muscle glycogen, passes through the stomach within minutes, so the body gets energy fast and without heaviness. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive, long-lasting exercise leading to the depletion of muscle glycogen stores.

Dosage

Mix 75 g (1 serving) with 200 ml of water first, then top up to 500–600 ml and shake. Take before or during intense training; for efforts over 90 minutes, refuel every 45–60 minutes.
