No flavourings or sweeteners
Add the powder to coffee, tea, yoghurt or porridge. 5 g of powder provides 5 g of collagen; the nutrition table declares 4.5 g of protein. The two figures measure different things.
MSC-certified fish source
The manufacturer specifies collagen from MSC-certified wild-caught fish. Hydrolysis breaks the long chains into smaller peptides. Fish-derived collagen is not suitable for vegans or people with a fish allergy.

Can it replace a regular post-workout protein?
Not gram for gram, and not for the same purpose. Collagen has a different amino acid profile from whey or blended plant proteins and should not replace all other protein sources. A regular protein powder is more practical for a substantial protein serving.
Is bovine or marine collagen better?
Origin alone does not make one better than the other. True is bovine and Wild Marine is fish-derived; both are hydrolysed. Choose according to dietary preferences, allergies and the price of the pack.
How do I mix collagen without lumps?
Add the powder to the liquid, not the other way round. It dissolves more easily in a warm drink than a cold one, but you can use it in either.
Is it a fish oil with omega-3?
No, it supplies collagen protein. It is not an oil and does not replace a supplement with declared EPA and DHA. For omega-3, compare the amounts of those fatty acids per daily dose.
