Venum Essential Medium Impact, Venum Sculpt and BJP MONOLITH specify medium support. This does not promise high support for everyone during running and jumping. Do not infer a support level from fabric thickness in Pulse or a lined ATEX top when none is stated.

Consider the amount of bouncing and try movements from your workout. If breast movement feels uncomfortable or you keep adjusting the underband, try another size or a construction offering more support.

A bra provides breast support; jerseys and rashguards primarily cover the body. The sleeveless BJP jersey leaves more of the shoulder-blade area exposed, while the Venum x Sophia Rose long-sleeve rashguard also covers the arms.

A T-shirt or rashguard does not automatically replace a bra. Choose support separately underneath a fitted top if you need it, and check that the two layers do not bunch up.

The black/red BJP bra has a 4 cm-wide elastic underband. The pink BJP x ATEX top has a soft lower hem without elastic. Both have a lined front, so they are not simply different colours of the same construction.

The outer ESPAN FIT is 74% polyester and 26% elastane; the ASTERIA front lining is 80% polyester and 20% elastane. Fabric lining is different from a removable foam pad.

Measure your bust and underbust and use that model's chart. The underband should sit level around your body and stay down when you raise your arms. Your breasts should neither spill over the edges nor move freely inside the fabric.

Take a deep breath, bend forward and move your arms. Straps and the band should not press uncomfortably. An S can fit differently across brands, and your top and leggings need not be the same size.

BJP Pulse, the MONOLITH top, Venum Essential Medium Impact, and UFC Fusion and Zenith Fight Week bras have removable pads. You can wear them with or without the pads as described for the model.

The fixed padding in short-sleeve Women Power and the fabric lining in ATEX are different constructions. If removal is not specified, do not try to pull the filling out by force.

Not quite. BJP Pulse, MONOLITH and ATEX specify 30 °C; Venum Essential Medium Impact specifies a cool or cold wash. The care label on the actual item always takes priority.

Wash similar colours together without fabric softener and avoid tumble drying. Reshape pads after washing and let them dry; check the model's instructions before ironing. Do not use bleach as a way to maintain a white sports bra.
