About the formula
Coenzyme Q10 is a substance found naturally in the body that participates in electron transfer in mitochondria.
Ingredients
Rice flour, magnesium (anhydrous trimagnesium dicitrate), magnesium (magnesium malate), plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, coenzyme Q10, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

Does Energy contain caffeine?
No. It contains no caffeine, coffee extract or tea extract.
Can I take it with Sleep or another magnesium supplement?
Do not add other magnesium supplements. Do not take full servings of Energy and Sleep on the same day; alternate days. Three Energy capsules already provide 375 mg magnesium.
