Energy Magnesium
Take during the day with food. Contains magnesium dicitrate and malate, active B6 and Q10.
Sleep Magnesium
Take in the evening. Contains magnesium taurate, bisglycinate and oxide, GABA and active B6.
Recommended daily intake
Recommended daily intake of each product: 3 capsules. Choose Energy with food on one day and Sleep in the evening on another. Do not combine both full daily servings on the same day. Take with plenty of water.

Energy Magnesium
Rice flour, magnesium (anhydrous trimagnesium dicitrate), magnesium (magnesium malate), plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, coenzyme Q10, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
Sleep Magnesium
Magnesium (magnesium taurate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide), rice flour, gamma-aminobutyric acid, plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Frequently asked questions
Should I take Energy and Sleep on the same day?
No. Do not combine full daily servings of both products on the same day; alternate days and do not add other magnesium supplements. Take Energy with food on its day and Sleep in the evening on its day.
Are the capsules mixed in one tub?
No. You receive a separate Energy tub and Sleep tub, each with its own label.
Warnings and storage
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children.
Magnesium from supplements above 250 mg per day may have a laxative effect. Do not combine with other magnesium supplements.
