Your routine doesn't end with the final round of a training session. How you close the day is part of it too. Magnesium Duo brings together two BJP formulas, each made for a different moment: Energy Magnesium with coenzyme Q10 for days when you need your body to perform, and Sleep Magnesium with GABA as part of your evening ritual. Both tubs stay in their original sealed packaging, and both are still available on their own.

Two tubs, two different magnesium combinations

Energy is built on two forms of magnesium bound to organic acids, anhydrous trimagnesium dicitrate (citric acid) and magnesium malate (malic acid), and adds coenzyme Q10. It is the higher dose of the two: three capsules cover the full nutrient reference value for magnesium. Sleep combines three forms, taurate and bisglycinate, in which magnesium is bound to the amino acids taurine and glycine, plus magnesium oxide. It carries less magnesium per daily serving but adds 500 mg of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Both formulas include vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, at the full nutrient reference value, and both were developed in collaboration with the Woldo brand, which stands behind the formula and its quality.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the immune system.

Magnesium (magnesium taurate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide), rice flour, gamma-aminobutyric acid, plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use the pack

Each product has its own dosage of 3 capsules a day. Take Energy with food and plenty of fluids, and Sleep as part of a consistent evening routine. The simplest approach is to alternate by day: Energy one day, Sleep another, always 3 capsules. Full servings of both products on the same day add up to 600 mg of magnesium, so talk to a doctor or pharmacist before combining them and account for any other magnesium supplements you take. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving stated on the packaging.

Warnings and storage

Food supplements. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place below 25 °C, protect from direct sunlight and keep opened tubs tightly closed. The best-before date is stated on each tub.
