Seams where they do not get in the way
The SPIRIT men's leggings were built for a male body. The cut is anatomically shaped, the seams are moved away from the places where they would pull in a squat or a kick, and the front gusset is doubled: a second layer of fabric holds and covers where one is not enough. The wide elastic waistband adapts to your body and stays comfortable even when you sit.
Two fabrics, each in its place
The inner thighs use a different fabric from the rest of the leggings. DISTA has a finely perforated structure that lets air through exactly where you sweat most on the run and in a squat. The rest is ESPAN GRIT, a stretch knit of higher weight: at 240 g/m² it gives light compression, stays opaque, and its abrasion resistance copes with the mat and the bench. You will not see it from the outside; after an hour of training you will.

Care
Wash at 30 °C inside out with similar colours and without fabric softener. Bleach, the tumble dryer and ironing are off limits for this knit.
On their own, or under shorts
For running and the gym you wear them on their own; on the mat, under the MMA shorts from the same range.
