Rosita: extra virgin cod liver oil made the old way

Rosita Real Foods is a Norwegian family producer that makes cod liver oil the way it was made before industrial processing. The livers come from wild cod caught in the cold, clear waters off Norway, and the oil is released using traditional methods only, with no heat and no mechanical extraction. That is what allows Rosita to call it extra virgin.

Every batch is independently tested for purity and for the levels of its naturally occurring nutrients. We stock the extra virgin cod liver oil in a 150 ml bottle, the same oil in 90 capsules, and a blend of five wild Scottish seaweeds.
