Magnesium in the daily dose
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How it differs from ONE
FORCE adds botanicals such as ginseng, eleuthero and astragalus to its postbiotic base. Its mushroom blend contains chaga and lion’s mane, and the seaweed blend also includes Laminaria digitata. According to the leaflet, the vitamins and minerals occur naturally in the fermented blend rather than being added as a vitamin premix.
The postbiotic complex is made by fermentation: it contains substances produced by microorganisms, while the finished product contains no live bacteria.

Standardised FORCE postbiotic complex, Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng), Chinese knotweed root (Reynoutria multiflora), epimedium (Epimedium sp.), eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus), astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus), chaga (Inonotus obliquus), lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus), seaweed blend (Ascophyllum nodosum, Ulva lactuca, Palmaria palmata, Laminaria digitata), fermented rice (Oryza sativa), fermented coconut (Cocos nucifera). Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between FORCE and ONE?
Choose FORCE if you want a postbiotic formula that also includes botanicals, mushrooms and seaweed. ONE has a simpler formulation without these blends and explicitly lists spermidine, sodium butyrate and sodium propionate. The manufacturer lists the same vitamin and mineral amounts per capsule for both.
Can FORCE be taken with other supplements?
Compare the ingredients and daily doses first. Among other things, FORCE contains zinc, magnesium, selenium and vitamin D3, which may also be in your multivitamin. It also contains botanicals and seaweed. If you take medication or have a thyroid condition, discuss the combination with a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Do the capsules need refrigeration?
No. Keep them in a dry place below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight. When travelling, protect the pack from moisture and do not leave it in a hot car. The 30-capsule pack lasts 30 days at the standard dose.
