Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. ONE combines vitamin C with a postbiotic complex in one daily capsule for adults. It has none of the mushrooms and seaweeds in FLOW and FORCE, and none of the botanicals in FORCE.

Vitamin C in the daily dose
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. One capsule provides 12 mg of vitamin C, or 15% of the nutrient reference value.
A base without a botanical blend
ONE contains a fermented rice and coconut extract, spermidine, sodium butyrate and sodium propionate. Unlike FLOW and FORCE, it has no added mushrooms or seaweed; unlike FORCE, it has no added botanicals. It is the option to consider when you want a simpler postbiotic formulation. The manufacturer labels ONE as plant-based.
The postbiotic complex is made by fermentation: it contains substances produced by microorganisms, while the finished product contains no live bacteria.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between ONE, FLOW and FORCE?
ONE is the core formula without an additional botanical, mushroom or seaweed blend. FLOW is the women’s formula with four mushrooms and three seaweeds; FORCE is the men’s formula with five botanicals, two mushrooms and four seaweeds. All three have the same listed vitamin and mineral amounts per capsule, so choose based on the formulation.
Why does ONE not list a live bacteria count in CFU?
CFU describes the number of viable microorganisms and is used for probiotics. ONE contains fermentation-derived substances, not live bacteria. The cultures listed in the ingredients are those used during production, not a count of live bacteria in each capsule.
Is ONE suitable for travelling?
Yes, it does not need refrigeration. Keep it dry, away from direct sunlight and below 25 °C. Keep it in its original packaging and do not leave it in a hot car. One pack lasts 30 days at one capsule daily.
