Magnesium in the daily dose
Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Four mushrooms and three seaweeds
The formulation combines lion’s mane, shiitake, oyster mushroom and chaga with Ascophyllum nodosum, Ulva lactuca and Palmaria palmata seaweeds. According to the leaflet, the vitamins and minerals occur naturally in the fermented blend rather than being added as a vitamin premix.
The postbiotic complex is made by fermentation: it contains substances produced by microorganisms, while the finished product contains no live bacteria.

Ingredients
Standardised FLOW postbiotic complex from the fermentation cultures listed below, lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus), shiitake (Lentinula edodes), oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), chaga (Inonotus obliquus), seaweed blend (Ascophyllum nodosum, Ulva lactuca, Palmaria palmata), fermented rice (Oryza sativa), fermented coconut (Cocos nucifera). Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

Frequently asked questions
When should I choose FLOW rather than ONE?
Choose FLOW if you want the women’s formula with a postbiotic base plus four mushrooms and three seaweeds. ONE does not contain these blends. Both provide the same amounts of vitamin B6 and the other listed vitamins and minerals; the difference is the formulation rather than a higher nutrient dose.
Does FLOW contain iodine?
It contains seaweed, a natural source of iodine. The leaflet does not give an iodine amount per capsule. If you have a thyroid condition, are sensitive to iodine or take an iodine supplement, check suitability with a doctor or pharmacist first.
Are the capsules suitable for a vegan diet?
Yes. The leaflet describes the formula as fully plant-based and suitable for vegans. The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), not gelatine. The formula contains fermented coconut; the leaflet advises caution for people with a nut allergy.
