True Hydration adds minerals and a mild coconut flavour to a glass of water when you want to top up your magnesium while staying hydrated. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. The formula also contains potassium, calcium, sodium salts and chromium.

Magnesium for muscles and less tiredness
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. The recommended daily dose provides 108 mg of magnesium, or 29% NRV. The table shows elemental magnesium, not the weight of magnesium citrate.
Mild flavour without added sweeteners
Coconut water powder and chicory inulin form the base. The product contains naturally occurring sugars; the manufacturer’s European table declares 2.8 g of sugars per serving. It is not sugar-free.
Recommended daily dose
6 g daily in 250 ml of water
- Measure 6 g and stir into 250 ml of cold water.

Is it enough as a sports drink for a long race?
It does not cover all fluid, carbohydrate or sodium needs during prolonged exercise. One serving supplies 4.8 g of carbohydrate and 19 kcal. Plan overall fuelling and hydration around the duration and conditions of your endurance activity.
Is it caffeine-free and vegan?
Yes, the listed formula contains neither caffeine nor animal ingredients.
Can I combine it with Nightcap or another magnesium supplement?
Add up magnesium from all supplements. Hydration supplies 108 mg and Nightcap 130 mg per daily dose, or 238 mg in total. Taking them at different times of day is not in itself a reason to combine them. Reduce intake if digestive discomfort occurs.
