Magnesium citrate
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal functioning of the nervous system. The daily dose supplies 130 mg of magnesium. Add it to any magnesium you get from other supplements; this is elemental magnesium, not the weight of the citrate compound.
Glycine, myo-inositol and vitamins
Glycine is an amino acid being studied in relation to sleep quality. Vitamin C contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A serving also contains 2,000 mg of glycine, 769 mg of myo-inositol, 237 mg of vitamin C and 6.5 mg of zinc. Ginger adds a gently spicy taste.
