Multi-panel fight shorts that move with your legs
The Venum Demon MMA shorts are lightweight fight shorts for MMA, BJJ and sparring that let you move freely on your feet and on the ground. The freedom comes from a stretch jersey gusset, slits on the outer leg and a multi-panel cut. The quick-dry fabric wicks sweat, and the front waistband with an internal drawcord keeps them in place.

A red flame above the slit
The high-density woven fabric (95% polyester, 5% elastane) is lightweight, with a fine micro-grid texture and a dry-touch finish, and it wicks sweat and dries quickly. Stretch jersey is set into the crotch, and the thermo-bonded slits free the leg when you lift your knee.
The multi-panel regular fit follows the body's natural movement, and the front waistband in the classic Venum fight shorts style tightens with an internal drawcord. Grey stripes on a black base are set off by a red flame on the leg and a red logo on the waistband. The Demon rashguards and T-shirt share the same graphics.

Regular fit: go by your waist
Choose the same size as your usual fight shorts, based on your waist measurement. The regular fit leaves room across the thighs, and once the drawcord is tightened the waistband should stay put without digging in.

The fight shorts have a stretch gusset at the crotch, a multi-panel cut and a front waistband with a drawcord, and they are built for MMA and grappling. The Demon Muay Thai shorts have a relaxed cut with wide legs, a high-sheen fabric and the traditional wide elasticated waistband for Muay Thai.
How does the waistband stay up?
The front waistband has an internal drawcord that you tighten to your waist. Once tightened, it should stay put even when you roll on the ground.
Can I lift or run in them too?
Yes, the lightweight quick-dry fabric works for conditioning too, but they are built mainly for MMA and grappling.
How do I wash the shorts?
Machine wash at 30°C and keep them out of the tumble dryer. Leave them to dry naturally.
