Some sessions change shape halfway through. You start with technique, go into live rounds and end up under a barbell, and the Venum G-Fit Air Training Shorts are cut for exactly that kind of day. The polyester-elastane fabric is soft, light and stretches with the leg, so a deep lunge or a high knee never meets resistance from the shorts.
Venum finishes them with an elasticated waistband that stays put through grappling, striking and lifting, an above-the-knee length that leaves the knees free, and open side pockets for small essentials. The breathable weave lets heat out, and the screen printed logo lies flat against the fabric.
Sand is a light, warm beige that pairs with the G-Fit Air Rashguard Longsleeve in the same shade for a full training set. It also looks less severe than black on a summer conditioning day outdoors.

Size and fit
True to size with a forgiving stretch waist. Venum's model Oliver is 188 cm tall and wears a size L. If you are between sizes, the larger one gives a looser leg without the waist slipping.
Care
Wash at 30 °C with similar colours. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach and do not iron.
