The knit is 90% polyester and 10% elastane: light, stretchy in every direction and quick to dry. The compression hugs the thighs and hips, a feeling many fighters like for muscle support during a session, and Venum notes it may help recovery during and after exercise.

Size and fit
Compression shorts are meant to be tight, so take your usual size, checked against the size guide by waist and hip measurement. If you sit between two sizes and want a firmer squeeze, go for the smaller one; for a base layer under shorts, the larger one is more comfortable.
Care
Wash cool at 30 °C, inside out, with like colours. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach, do not iron. Skip fabric softener, it coats the elastane and reduces the stretch.
